# Ingredients:

→ Key Ingredients

01 - 1 to 2 tablespoons of good olive oil
02 - A pound of gnocchi (can be frozen, fridge-stored, or from the shelf)
03 - Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
04 - Half a teaspoon of fine salt
05 - A pinch or two of black pepper
06 - 2-3 spoonfuls of freshly grated parmesan cheese

# Directions:

01 - Set air fryer to heat at 390°F and spray a little olive oil inside the basket.
02 - Mix the gnocchi in a big bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, a bit of salt, pepper, and parmesan. If you’ve got frozen gnocchi, no need to let it thaw.
03 - For gnocchi from the fridge or shelf: Fry at 390°F for about 11–14 minutes. Shake the basket every 4–5 minutes until they turn crispy and golden.
04 - For gnocchi straight from the freezer: Fry at 390°F for roughly 13–16 minutes, giving the basket a shake every 4–5 minutes until crispy and golden.
05 - Serve hot and sprinkle on a little extra parmesan and some chopped parsley. Works great on its own or with marinara or pesto for dipping as a snack or side.

# Notes:

01 - You can use any type of gnocchi like potato, sweet potato, or cauliflower.
02 - Enjoy it fresh for that perfect crunch!
03 - Swap parmesan for nutritional yeast if you’d like to make it vegan.
