Set air fryer to heat at 390°F and spray a little olive oil inside the basket.

Mix the gnocchi in a big bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, a bit of salt, pepper, and parmesan. If you’ve got frozen gnocchi, no need to let it thaw.

For gnocchi from the fridge or shelf: Fry at 390°F for about 11–14 minutes. Shake the basket every 4–5 minutes until they turn crispy and golden.

For gnocchi straight from the freezer: Fry at 390°F for roughly 13–16 minutes, giving the basket a shake every 4–5 minutes until crispy and golden.

Serve hot and sprinkle on a little extra parmesan and some chopped parsley. Works great on its own or with marinara or pesto for dipping as a snack or side.
