# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb salmon, skin on
02 - Zest and juice from 1 orange
03 - Juice from 1 additional orange
04 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
05 - 2 tablespoons honey

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, folding up the edges to retain the sauce.
02 - In a bowl, combine the juice from two oranges, zest from one orange, soy sauce, and honey. Whisk thoroughly.
03 - Pour a few spoonfuls of sauce onto the prepared baking sheet. Place the salmon skin-side up and pour the remaining sauce over it.
04 - Bake the salmon for about 7 minutes, then carefully flip it skin-side down. Spoon some sauce over the top of the salmon.
