Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, folding up the edges to retain the sauce.

In a bowl, combine the juice from two oranges, zest from one orange, soy sauce, and honey. Whisk thoroughly.

Pour a few spoonfuls of sauce onto the prepared baking sheet. Place the salmon skin-side up and pour the remaining sauce over it.

Bake the salmon for about 7 minutes, then carefully flip it skin-side down. Spoon some sauce over the top of the salmon.

Continue baking for 18-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through. Baking time will vary depending on the size and thickness of the salmon fillet.
